Are you ready to go beyond therapy?
Therapy is great. I've done a decent amount of it myself over the years. Therapy helps us understand the origin of our patterns, if helps us sort out why things happened and what healthy boundaries and communication should look like. It helps us understand what our triggers are and how to manage them.
But managing is different than healing.
Truly healing means that the actual triggers themselves don't affect you anymore. Yep. That's possible. It's a whole new up-leveling of your experience of life, and it's more accessible than you think.
Things that used to spin you out for days or challenge you to use all your deep breathing skills to try and manage don't actually trigger you anymore. Imagine the same challenging people doing the same challenging $%^& they've always done, except now, it's like a slightly comical movie scene that doesn't affect you emotionally. #thisiswhatwedohere
